Cloud Engine help
Questions, answered clearly.
Cloud Engine is designed to show what it can observe, what it cannot infer, and how the SautiLink web and Telegram experiences connect.
What is SautiLink Cloud Engine?
Cloud Engine is a SautiLink Corporation web diagnostics workspace. It brings website analysis, DNS records, email-security checks, SSL, HTTP behavior, response headers, infrastructure signals, robots.txt and sitemap inspection into one product.
Do I need a SautiLink Account?
No. Public diagnostic tools remain usable without an account. A SautiLink Account is an optional identity layer for features that need a user context, including verified identity and planned rolling scan history.
Does Cloud Engine store everything I scan?
No. The homepage recent-target list is browser-local and can be cleared. Cloud Engine does not silently turn existing anonymous scans into account history. Data processing across SautiLink web and app products is subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms.
Is the Telegram bot a different service?
It is a companion interface to the same Cloud Engine diagnostic core. Telegram is optimized for fast guided checks; the website is the richer surface for longer reports, comparisons, exports and deeper workflows.
What can a Full Audit inspect?
A Full Audit combines multiple supported analyzers so you can begin with a broader technical overview and then open focused tools for the exact records or signals you want to investigate.
Can Cloud Engine prove that a site is safe or secure?
No. Cloud Engine reports observable technical behavior and configuration signals. A clean result is not a guarantee of security, ownership, trustworthiness or legal compliance, and a warning does not automatically prove compromise.
Why can results change between scans?
DNS records, certificates, HTTP responses, CDN behavior, headers and other internet signals can change over time or vary by network path. Cloud Engine reports what its analyzers can observe at the time of the request.
Can I use Cloud Engine on mobile?
Yes. The web interface is responsive, and the Telegram companion is available at @sautilinkcloud_bot for lightweight checks.
How do I report a problem or contact SautiLink?
