If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Cloud Engine or create a SautiLink Account through this service.

Plain-language summary: Cloud Engine is free, public and privacy-conscious. Use it lawfully, do not attack or overload other systems, protect your account, and treat every result as technical guidance rather than a guarantee or professional certification.

Section 01

Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and SautiLink Corporation regarding SautiLink Cloud Engine at cloudengine.sautilink.com, its related APIs, SautiLink Account functions, Telegram companion and future distributed versions that link to these terms.

By accessing or using the service, creating an account, calling an API or using the Telegram bot, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Cloud Engine for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

Section 02

Eligibility and younger users

You must be at least 13 years old to create a SautiLink Account through Cloud Engine. If the law where you live requires a higher age for independent consent, you may use account features only with valid permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You must not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from receiving it or if we previously suspended you for serious abuse and have not authorised your return.

Section 03

What Cloud Engine provides

Cloud Engine provides tools that may inspect public website behaviour, DNS records, email configuration, SSL or HTTPS signals, HTTP responses, headers, robots.txt, sitemaps, mobile and SEO indicators, IP or reverse-DNS information, server observations and related internet infrastructure.

The web workspace is the primary interface for detailed reports. The Telegram bot is a companion interface built on the same analyzer contracts. Some listed features may be marked planned, experimental or unavailable and are not promised until released.

Public diagnostic tools remain available without an account where practical. Account-only features may include verified identity, preferences and future saved history or cross-device workflows.

Section 04

Free service and no current payments

Cloud Engine tools are currently offered free of charge. We do not currently sell subscriptions, paid reports, credits or in-app purchases through Cloud Engine, and we do not require payment-card details.

Free access does not guarantee unlimited use. Fair-use limits, timeouts, queues, rate limits and temporary restrictions may be applied to keep the service available and protect third-party systems. If paid functionality is introduced later, it will be governed by clearly disclosed additional terms before purchase.

Section 05

SautiLink Accounts

  • Provide accurate information and keep your email address and profile current.
  • Choose a username you are entitled to use and that does not impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Protect your password, session, verification codes and devices. Do not share authentication codes with anyone.
  • Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security controls.

We may reject or require a change to usernames that are reserved, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, abusive or likely to create confusion about official SautiLink identity.

Section 06

Acceptable use

You may use Cloud Engine for lawful diagnostics, education, administration, development, research and troubleshooting. You must not:

  • use the service to attack, exploit, disrupt, harass or gain unauthorised access to any system;
  • submit private, credential-protected or confidential targets without permission;
  • use results to facilitate phishing, malware, credential theft, stalking or unlawful surveillance;
  • bypass rate limits, access controls, safety restrictions, robots or technical safeguards;
  • send excessive automated requests, scrape the service in a way that degrades it, or resell access without written permission;
  • upload or transmit passwords, session tokens, private API keys, malicious code or personal data unrelated to a diagnostic purpose;
  • misrepresent a report as proof of ownership, certification, legal compliance or guaranteed security;
  • impersonate SautiLink, another user or a third party; or
  • use the service in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.
Public availability is not permission. A domain or IP being reachable on the internet does not automatically authorise intrusive testing. Cloud Engine provides limited observational checks; you remain responsible for lawful use.
Section 07

Your responsibility for diagnostic targets

You represent that you have a lawful basis to submit each target and receive the resulting technical information. This may include ownership, administrator permission, a legitimate public-information purpose or another right recognised by applicable law.

Cloud Engine may contact public DNS resolvers, websites and infrastructure to perform a check. You must not use the service to repeatedly target a person or system in a way that is abusive, deceptive or operationally harmful.

If you operate a target and reasonably believe Cloud Engine traffic is causing a problem, contact [email protected] with the target, approximate time and relevant evidence.

Section 08

API, automation and rate limits

Public API routes may be used for compatible applications and development subject to documented parameters, technical limits and these terms. You must identify your integration honestly where requested, cache responsibly, handle errors and avoid request patterns that create unreasonable load.

We may change limits, block abusive clients, rotate implementation details or require authentication for selected routes. Unless a separate written service-level agreement applies, API stability, capacity and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.

Section 09

Reports, scores, recommendations and exports

Results reflect signals observable to the analyzer at a particular time and network path. DNS, HTTP, certificates, CDNs, WAFs, redirects, content and infrastructure can change or present different responses to different clients.

  • A clean report does not prove that a target is secure, legitimate, available or legally compliant.
  • A warning does not by itself prove a breach, malicious conduct or negligence.
  • Scores and recommendations are diagnostic aids, not audits certified by a regulator, standards body, lawyer or security assessor.
  • You should verify material findings independently before making business, security or legal decisions.

You may use exports for your lawful internal or client work. You must preserve applicable attribution and must not alter a report to misrepresent what Cloud Engine observed.

Section 10

Public source code and software licences

SautiLink may publish source code for Cloud Engine tools and related components in public repositories. The licence file and notices included with each repository govern whether and how that code may be copied, modified, redistributed or used commercially.

Public visibility alone is not a software licence. If a repository or component has no open-source licence, no additional right to copy, modify or redistribute it is granted except as allowed by law or written permission. Third-party open-source packages remain governed by their own licences.

A source-code licence does not grant rights to SautiLink trademarks, logos, domains, private keys, production data, hosted infrastructure or service identity.

Section 11

Intellectual property and feedback

SautiLink Corporation and its licensors retain rights in the hosted service, brand, trademarks, designs, documentation and original content, subject to any explicit open-source licence that applies to particular code.

You retain rights in information you lawfully provide. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process a target, support message or profile field to provide and secure the service.

If you voluntarily send suggestions, you allow SautiLink to use them to improve its products without payment or confidentiality obligation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Section 12

Third-party services and links

Cloud Engine depends on third-party infrastructure and may link to Telegram, DNS services, inspected websites, app stores, email providers or other external services. Their terms, availability and privacy practices are controlled by them.

References to a provider, domain, technology, organization or detected signal do not imply endorsement, partnership, ownership or certification. We are not responsible for third-party content or actions, but we welcome reports of unsafe or misleading links under our control.

Section 13

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains information collection, cookies, local device storage, service providers, retention, international transfers, user rights and deletion.

Authentication and security emails are necessary account communications. Optional product updates are separate, off by default and may be disabled in Account settings. We do not treat acceptance of these terms as consent to marketing.

Section 14

Availability, changes and discontinuation

We aim to keep Cloud Engine useful and reliable, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime or support-response time. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, legal requirements, abuse controls or technical changes may interrupt access.

We may add, modify, limit or discontinue features. When a change materially reduces an account feature or the service is planned for discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice where practical and legally required.

Section 15

Suspension, termination and account deletion

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the Account & Data Deletion page.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, targets, providers or SautiLink; investigate abuse; comply with law; or enforce these terms. For serious or repeated violations, we may terminate the account. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, dispute and lawful-retention provisions—remain effective.

Section 16

Service disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cloud Engine is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that every result is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, or that the service will identify every security, SEO, DNS, email or infrastructure issue.

Cloud Engine does not provide legal, financial, compliance or professional penetration-testing advice. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Section 17

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SautiLink Corporation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the free service, reliance on a diagnostic result, third-party conduct, data entered contrary to these terms, or unauthorised use of an account.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it will be limited to the amount and type required by applicable law. Because the current service is free, no clause is intended to remove mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory remedies.

You remain responsible for claims or harm caused by your unlawful targets, abusive automation, infringement, misrepresentation or breach of these terms.

Section 18

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without removing any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country.

Before filing a claim, please contact [email protected] and provide a clear description so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution. If a dispute is not resolved, it may be submitted to a court or competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Section 19

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law, safety requirements or provider obligations. The effective and last-updated dates will change. Material changes affecting existing account users will receive additional notice where reasonably practical or legally required.

Your continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires express consent. If you do not agree, stop using the service and request account deletion if desired.
